How long will shipping take?

For orders with the UK, it should take 1-3 days and it will be £1.50 to £2.00, depending on the type of delivery you select.

For international orders, shipping will take approximately 3-5 working days for Europe and 6-7 working days for the rest of the world. Prices range from £7.00 to £11.00.

Please allow us 1-3 days processing.

Will you only sell lip glosses?

No, I also sell lip scrubs and lip oils but I plan on also selling lashes, bundles and jewellery in the future.

Are your products safe?

Yes, our products are safe. We make sure to prevent the spread of bacteria and germs by sanitising our working area, with disinfectant wipes and spray, before and after using it cleaning all tubes and equipment prior to using them and also after, washing my hands before handing products (making them, packaging an order, etc), using hand gel all times, wearing gloves, a face mask and a hair net also before handling products, wiping down orders with a disinfectant wipe, etc.

Our products are made with cosmetic grade, vegan, cruelty free and high quality ingredients.

Also, please make sure to read the ingredients in the description to avoid allergies.

We will not be held responsible for any allergies the customer has.

Do you accept refunds?

No, we don't accept refunds to maintain health and safety measures and to avoid having our business scammed.
