Processing Times

All orders are processed within 1 to 3 days (excluding Sunday and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. 

Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. 

Standard (2-3 days) - £1.50 + 15p per item

Next Day (1 day) - £2.00 + 15p per item

International Shipping

We offer worldwide international shipping.

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. 

Standard (3-5 working days for Europe and 6-7 working days for the rest of the world) - £7.00 + 25p per item

Tracked & Signed (3-5 working days for Europe and 6-7 working days for the rest of the world) - £11.00 + 25p per item

Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Eliza Cosmetics is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.

How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number (if you selected a shipping method with a tracking number) you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available. 

If you haven’t received your order within 3 days, for UK residents, or 10 days, for residents outside the UK, of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at [email protected] with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.

Refunds, returns, and exchanges

We package your orders with proper care to ensure it doesn’t get damaged so we do not accept refunds. We also don’t acceptreturns or exchanges after delivery to maintain sanitary measures.
